Luxury harbour-side mansion redevelopment

Our extensive background as main contractors allowed us to embark on the complete redevelopment of this incredible harbourside 5 bedroom property on the South Coast of Dorset. We project managed the renovations from end to end, which included a complete top to bottom refit of the property. We worked closely with an interior designer to ensure our client’s exacting standards and the detailed brief was achieved. This challenging project was brought in on time and within budget despite the difficult covid environment and existing structure. Our client was thrilled with the renovation and our teams were tremendously proud of the results. Some of the highlights include:

• Complete strip back and refinishing/strengthening of the complex Asymmetrical roof structure to fix historical leaking and cold bridging defects

• Removal of lift and lift shaft/forming up of storage areas and 1st floor WC

• Complete refit of ensuite bathrooms

• Complete refit of the kitchen and pantry

• Replacement of failing double glazed units and glass screens throughout

• Structural strengthening and re-finishing of the 1st-floor balcony

• Ground floor remodelling to remove sauna/swimming pool to form new utility room, Bar and party room

• Redesign and finish of handmade staircase covering four floors

• Redecoration throughout

• Partial rewire and re-plumb throughout
